Our values are what drive us and explain why we work in the non-profit sector. In our work, we come across many people who feel the same way. If you feel passionate about social justice, empowerment, equality, environmental sustainability and personal growth, you might want to join with us.

There are a two ways of being part of Framework.

At its heart is a core group who all work as self-employed consultants. If you would like to find out more about joining Framework as a consultant, click here.

You can also become a member of Framework Community– an international learning network of like-minded people who share Framework’s values and want to be in touch with others with similar perspectives. You don’t have to be a consultant to join in – you might be working in any job in any sector. By becoming a part of the Community, you connect with others who also want to bring about effective values-led change.

Once on the site, you can create your own page, contribute to the blog, update other community members on what you are thinking, start a discussion on the Forum or chat with other members who are on-line.
