How We Work

Framework operates as a network of self-employed consultants based across the UK.

Each Framework member is valued equally for the unique knowledge, talents and experience they bring to the network. Mostly we work independently with our own clients but sometimes we work together on large or complex pieces of work.

We believe in high professional standards, mutual accountability and in the importance of personal and professional development.

We put this into practice through our twice-yearly retreats and development days and our much-admired system of mutual supervision.
