During 2005 - 2007, John was involved in a peer inquiry into facilitation and whole person learning. The group began as a network of facilitators working with groups and individuals. By its final year, the group had developed into a whole person learning community, striving to understand the 'us' that the individual participants had created. John has written up his reflections on this invigorating and challenging process.
