Become a Framework consultant

We are always open to people joining Framework as consultants.

Applications to become a Framework consultant are welcome from anyone but we would usually expect some experience in organisational consultancy and / or in the non-profit sector.

If you feel being a Framework consultant might be right for you, contact any of the present consultants for an initial chat.

After that, two of us will arrange to meet you face to face for further exploration of how Framework works and what it's like being a self-employed consultant.

If after that we all feel that your joining seems a good way forward, we will ask you to write a formal letter of application to join Framework, setting out your reasons and plans. We will ask you to come to the next Framework retreat or development day for a two-way interview.

If your application is accepted, we will invite you to become a probationary member of Framework for six months. Like the rest of us, you will receive supervision and will be expected to attend retreats and development days. In addition, we may agree some particular milestones for you to achieve during your probationary period. We will try to arrange some joint working on contracts.

After the six months, we will mutually agree whether becoming a full member of Framework is the right way forward. And if this is the outcome of the probationary six months, there is a joining fee, currently £750 (payment by instalments is of course possible).

Interested? Over to you…
