Organisational reviews and evaluation

We design organisational reviews to contribute to development on many levels. Reviews can affirm the work of your organisation and can use learning from its past to improve its performance in future.

An organisational review may come about because your organisation has specific questions it wishes to address, problems it wishes to solve or ideas for change it wants to test out.

Evaluations deliver an independent third-party assessment on the value of a project or service. We see evaluations as contributing to a culture of learning within an organisation, where all work can be reflected upon and the learning from the reflection shape the next phase of action.

Framework conducts formative evaluations where your work is evaluated as it progresses and the findings used to amend and develop the quality and range of interventions made. We are also commissioned by funding bodies to undertake summative evaluations, to find out how well your organisation has achieved its aims to date.

Whether through a review or an evaluation, Framework helps organisations be effective and healthy places in which to work.
