Organisational development, innovation & change

Our OD work is tailored to the needs of every organisation. We help to facilitate assessments, make development plans, and accompany the process of change. Support can include individual mentoring, team development, building resilience and responding to external challenges.

Organisational assessment

  • We are working with Danish Refugee Council to develop a manual and train staff to support their local partners with organisational assessments and development as part of a localisation process.
 

Organisational development

  • We facilitated a process of self-reflection and trust-building over a week with the senior team of an international NGO in southern Africa, resulting in lasting improved relationships and commitment to collaboration.
 

Innovation

  • We worked with the Ugandan NGO, CRVPF, to develop an innovative programme of professional development for their staff and consultants working on OD with smaller charities in four East African countries. 
 

Governance

  • We facilitated a governance review of Young Lives (Cambridgeshire, England) following an organizational merger.
 

Mediation 

  • We worked with housing associations to  resolve long-running conflicts between neighbours through a structured process of mediation and resolution.
