WWF OD Workshop, Living Planet Centre

This week I have been a resource person at a four day workshop on Organisation Development hosted by WWF UK at their Living Planet Centre. The workshop involved WWF colleagues involved in OD work from Brazil, China, Colombia, India, Kenya and the UK. It has been an exhilirating experience very ably facilitated by Richard Harris from 3KQ. My particular inputs were on developing a Theory of Change for OD and monitoring and evaluating OD. I also conducted video interviews with all of the participants about their reflections on their OD programme and the workshop.You can watch the video here:
One of the most enjoyable features of the workshop was the ‘walk and talk’ session held in the beautiful North Downs countryside – an excellent way to combine re-energising, connecting with the natural world and getting into real depth on some of the OD issues I discussed with my walking partners.
