Organisational values in practice

If you’re interested in helping organisations to sharpen how they put their values into practice, there’s a new report out called To practice what we preach: A survey of organisational values in charities Published by the Centre for Charity Effectiveness at the Cass Business School, the report surveyed over 130 organisations, and gives detailed case studies on 19. It’s a useful reminder of how powerful the conversations around our values (and what they mean in practice) can be in an organisation – driving change, effectiveness and even fundraising. What’s especially interesting in the report is the variety of approaches and the ‘useful tips’ from the case studies.
