Managing learning projects 

• We managed medical education projects for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare.

Developing and delivering training

• We designed Project Management for Development Professionals (Project DPro level 1 and 2) courses for Bond, RedR and HAD.
• We are represented on the PM4NGOs advisory group.
• We developed and delivered bespoke project/programme management courses for Amnesty International, Development Initiatives and DFID.
• We regularly deliver project management and MEL related courses on behalf of training organisations including HAD, RedR, Bond and Intrac.

Project management systems and guidance

• We supported SCIAF to improve programme management systems and practice and wrote related policies, guidance and templates.
• We wrote Tearfund’s Roots 5 Guide to Project Management.
