Training excercise to show participatory tools used at different stages of the Project Cycle
- We supported SCIAF to improve programme management systems and practice and wrote related policies, guidance and templates
- We manage a medical education project for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare
- We designed Project Management for Development Professionals (Project DPro level 1 and 2) courses for Bond, RedR and HAD and delivered them to clients including Islamic Development Bank and Save the Children. We are represented on the PM4NGOs advisory group.
- We developed and delivered bespoke project/programme management courses for Amnesty International, Development Initiatives and DFID.
- We regularly deliver project management and MEL related courses on the open programmes of organisations including RedR, Bond and Intrac.
- We delivered RedR modules on Site Management, Project Management and Humanitarian Ethics to responders in Ukraine in 2022.
