Downloadable Training Manuals on Learning in Organisations

Written by

Back in 2008 and 2009 I was commissioned by Olivier Serrat of the Asian Development Bank’s Knowledge Management Unit to devise and facilitate four training courses on learning in organisations. The subjects were ‘Learning in Teams’, ‘Learning from Evaluation’, ‘Reflective Practice’, and ‘Learning in Partnerships’. Thanks to Olivier Serrat’s commitment to share these resources more widely, the facilitator manuals and participant workbooks for each of the four courses are now available for free download from Olivier’s Issuu pages. You can find many other very useful documents on organisational learning and knowledge management at http://issuu.com/celcius233

To download a manual, first of all open the document. When you have opened the document, a set of icons appears on the bottom right-hand side of the window. Click on the icon with the diagonal pair of arrows (see picture below)

This will open a bar with a number of icons at the top of the document. Click on the share icon which is a rectangle with an arrow emerging from it (see below). This will give you a menu with the option to download. Click on ‘download’ to receive the PDF file.
